This is no ordinary yoga retreat, it’s the trip of a lifetime! Envision a perfect balance of nature and nurture as we embark on this journey together. Accompanied by a certified Galápagos naturalist, our group will encounter many creatures unique to this tranquil, protected archipelago. Excursions take us to different islands to view wildlife both above and below water – birds, iguanas, sea lions, tortoises, colorful fish, sharks and even penguins. The abundant flora and fauna have long lured scientists and curious visitors from all over the world and will make your jaw drop. (I guarantee it!)

Our daily yoga practice will take us on a journey inward: exploring our natural strengths and nurturing our individual needs. Mornings will begin with a vibrant and intentional asana and pranayama practice, designed to awaken our bodies and build energy in preparation for our exciting daily adventures. The classes are suitable for all levels. (I offer variations for beginners to teachers and everyone in between!) Gentle evening sessions will help us wind down and calm our senses – a mixture of restorative, yin, yoga nidra and other meditative practices to soak in all that we’ve experienced together.

Prepare to enjoy the magnificence of these islands while reconnecting with your own inner purpose.
