We will begin every morning with a sweaty 75-minute Power Vinyasa class to help you get clear and grounded.  There will be plenty of time to immerse in the culture, explore surrounding villages, stroll through vineyards and relax by the pool (and lake!) enjoying the views. Our early evenings will consist of workshop-like classes including relaxing restoratives, thrilling inversions, guided meditations and journaling.
